Terms & Conditions

Yogrow Solutions Pvt. Ltd.

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern all services provided by Yogrow Solutions Pvt. Ltd. By signing the agreement or making payment for any service, the client agrees to all terms mentioned in this document.

2. Scope of Work

1. All services to be delivered will be mentioned clearly in the approved proposal or package.
2. Any additional service requested by the client will be charged separately.
3. Work will be performed only for the services included in the selected plan/package.

3. Payment Terms

1. All payments must be made only through the company’s official billing account.
2. The first 20% payment must be made in advance as token money to start the project.
3. The second 40% payment is due after 10 days of work commencement.
4. The last 40% payment must be made after 20 days of project start or before the final delivery.
5. Only payments made into the company's current account will be treated as valid.
6. For cash payments, the client must collect an official company receipt immediately.
7. Payment is non-refundable once the project has started.

4. Project Timeline & Delivery

1. Project timelines will be communicated based on service type and workload.
2. Delays from the client’s side (content, images, information) may extend delivery time.
3. Urgent work or fast delivery may include additional charges.

5. Client Responsibilities

1. The client must share all required content, images, and access details on time.
2. The client must provide correct and updated information for the project.
3. Any delay due to incomplete information will not be the responsibility of the company.

6. Revisions & Changes

1. Each package includes limited revisions as per the plan.
2. Extra revisions or design changes will be charged separately.
3. Major structural changes after approval will be considered additional work.

7. Confidentiality

1. Both parties agree to keep shared data confidential.
2. Company may use the project as portfolio or case study unless the client requests otherwise.

8. Advertising & Marketing Services

1. Ad budget for Google, Meta, YouTube, Amazon, etc., will be paid separately by the client.
2. The company is responsible for setup and management as per plan but not responsible for ad results, as results depend on market conditions.
3. Any policy violation caused by client-side content or business category is the client’s responsibility.

9. SEO & Ranking Terms

1. SEO results depend on Google algorithms, competition, and content structure.
2. No company can guarantee No.1 ranking, but Yogrow Solutions assures best optimization practices.
3. Keyword ranking may fluctuate due to algorithm or competitor activity.

10. Website & Technical Services

1. Domain and hosting charges are not included unless mentioned.
2. Additional page charges, product listing charges, bug fixes, and maintenance fees apply as per company policy.
3. After final delivery, the client is responsible for website misuse or third-party changes.

11. Refund Policy

1. No refund will be provided once the project work has started.
2. Advance payment is non-refundable under any circumstances.
3. If the client stops work midway, payments made are still non-refundable.

12. Termination Policy

1. The company may terminate service if the client behaves abusively, delays payments, or violates policy.
2. The client may terminate service but must clear all pending dues before cancellation.

13. Liability Limitations

1. Yogrow Solutions is not responsible for losses caused by server issues, third-party platforms, or sudden ad account restrictions.
2. The company does not guarantee revenue, sales, or lead quality.

14. Final Agreement

By proceeding with payment or signing the proposal, the client agrees to all terms listed above. These Terms & Conditions are applicable to all clients nationwide.
